1871. August 25from L. F Liscom (Boston, Mass) to L. Liscom (Hinsdale,
N.H.) (Son tells father he is on his way to New York City, envelope is from Solid Lever Bridge Company, 46 Congress Street, Boston)
1871. September 17 from L. F. Liscom (Chelsea) to Lemuel Liscom
(Hinsdale, N.H.) (Son tells father his earlier letter was received at Lowell
and that he is busy running three bridges particularly the bridge across the
Merrimack River above the locks. His address will be Lowell for several
weeks, envelope is plain yellow)
1871. December 29 from L. F. Liscom (Boston) to Lemuel Liscom (Hinsdale, N.H.) (On letterhead stationery from National Bridge & Iron Works, 15 State Street, Boston son tells father about interest in joining the Baptist Church, being in charge of the building of the Boston and Lowell Depot (sketch enclosed with letter as well), (a cyanotype print/Negative #3414 of the Boston & Lowell Railroad shed is in collection), and plans to be married in February 1872, envelope is also from National Bridge & Iron Works at 15 State Street, Boston, Mass)
