The next page written in red ink upper right corner: Mineralogy {Crystallography Physical Mineralogy Chemical Mineralogy. Center of page in red ink: Crystallography. Pages 1-6 1-14 Oct – Dec 17 “90. The pages are numbered erratically in black ink. First section of book begins 1-125/123 Jan 29/91. Between pages 28-29 is bound a publication “Syllabus of Lectures on Optical Crystallography” by G.H. Williams, Johns Hopkins University 1891. Beyond pages 125/123 Jan 29/91, the next pages have no numbers but dates Feb 3/91 and Feb. 11/91 written in upper right corner. Next section in red ink titled “Descriptive Mineralogy” has no page numbers for three pages then paging begins with 1-170 with numbering on upper left corners on left side pages, followed by 10 unnumbered pages with notes on gems such as Beryl and Emeralds with the very last page dealing with Titinates.
