Nine coupons with genuine signatures. Initials: Entered H.C.L.?, Recorded J.W.R.? Register R. Tyler. Black ink on tan paper. At lower right corner red ink stamp Good At Treasury surrounded by Greek key design. (Good condition, some foxing)
