Text reads “An Act to reduce the Currency & to authorize a new issue of Notes & Bonds.” No amount, no serial numbers, no signatures Eng. By Geo. Dunn & Co. Richmond, Va. Black ink on tan paper, on reverse is printed “For Value Received, _________ Assign unto ________ ….” (Two copies, one has red ink stamp lower left corner) (Fair condition).
