1961 April 10 Estate of Asa Packer, c/o Union Bank & Trust Co., Bethlehem, Pa.; Federal Deposit Insurance Corp, Division of Liquidation, Washington, D.C.; Estate of Stella M. Wilbur, Estate of Nannie L. Wilbur re: Coal Lease of Elisha P. Wilbur, et al to the Lehigh Valley Coal Co. (by virtue of merger with Northern Field Coal Co., September 29, 1945) Mrs. Elizabeth Hazard, Mrs. Mary W. Wilbur and Frank M. Quay as lessors at Franklin Colliery; Lehigh Valley Coal Co. requests present holders of Lessor interest in certain tracts in Wilkes-Barre and Hanover Townships to appoint a Mining Engineer to a Board of Arbitrators. Royalty payment due April 25, 1961 will be paid.
