Appeal against future taxes: County selected 3 engineers to decide how much should be paid. Cost $200 per day. No royalty paid on anything smaller than Barley – 10% of production in those sizes. For last six years make claim for royalties paid under old standards & not lease standards. Lease = square mesh; standard is round mesh. Merchantable coal in strip operation.
