1961 October 6 from D. H. Miller (Union Bank Vice President) to Elmer W. Glick re: enclosed Opinion of Arbitrators. By agreement the Lehigh Valley Coal Co. is paying for third arbitrator but James H. Pierce’s costs are prorated among the Asa Packer and Wilbur interests. The arbitration proceedings under Paragraph Nine of the Lease between E. P. Wilbur et al and the Lehigh Valley Coal Co. dated June 1, 1889 is complete. Only question existing is possible claim on smaller sizes of coal. Must make agreement on Pierce to pursue this matter. (3 pages and two copies)
