1962 September 27 from Glick to Leonard M. Horton (President of Aubrey G. Lanston & Co.) re: Union Bank & Trust as liquidating trustee of the Asa Packer Estate involved in the coal leases leased to Lehigh Valley Coal Co. Recently L.V. Coal Co. notified the bank that they are discontinuing the payment of royalties. Bank retained services of Pierce Management to determine if position taken by L.V. Coal Co. is acceptable.
