Lehigh Valley Coal Company has sold all of its northern properties to Pagnotti Coal Company and Coal Heat Corp. and Pitreal Corp. are companies organized by Pagnotti Coal Co. As to sale of land, attorney for John Hidock, the proposed purchaser, thinks certain other people who ought to sign the deed and the Lehigh Valley (Coal Co.) is wrestling with the problem. Pierce hopes that Miller can arrange for a representative who can act with dispatch to make a deal
