1964 December 28 from Taylor to Glick re: Union Bank & Trust request Lehigh University to approve giving a Power of Attorney to James H. Pierce to represent it in negotiations with Glen Alden Coal Company, Lehigh Valley Coal Company, Pagnotti interests and Pennsylvania Department of Highways relative to its claim against the Pennsylvania Department of Highways for taking of land on January 9, 1963 and coal under such land for support for the Anthracite Expressway in the vicinity of Franklin Colliery. Attached is proposed Power of Attorney.
