1965 March 23 from Pagnotti Coal Co. to Union Bank & Trust re: Pagnotti is lessee of Lehigh Valley Coal Co. interests in the Franklin property and are interested in acquiring title to two parcels of surface shown on attached print (not available in 2015 cataloging). Parcels strip mined and backfilled – anyone building on parcel would have to solidify the land. Land directly across highway was sold to Rutledge Corporation for $15,300 or $1,020 per acre so would you consider selling the parcels to Pagnotti for $1,020 per acre.
