1966 January 6 from Pierce to Miller re: came to agreement with Lehigh Valley Coal Co. and State Highway Dept. that jointly we would accept $100,000 for damages. Highway Dept. says that their Legal Dept. wants to interpret a clause in the lease from Lehigh Valley Coal to Pagnotti particularly to Lots 22, 23, 24, 25 in order to get a road built to Franklin Breaker.
