This pamphlet presents the basic provisions for contractors who entertain an intent to offer bids on the project of supplying additional water for the city of Albany. These articles of agreement are made with the Water Commissioners of the City of Albany. At the end of the pamphlet without pagination notation is a separate grey sheet of paper titled Albany Water Works.
