Issued by the United States Constitution Sesquicentennial Commission (heading). Red line encloses United States from Maine to Georgia and Atlantic Ocean to Mississippi. (three insets): Nouvelle Carte de la Baye d'Hudson of Labrador; Franklin's dedication: "1782 Sir, I have the honour of returning herewith the Map your Excellancy put me Yesterday. I have marked with a strong Red line according to your desire the Limits of the thirteen United States as settled in the Prelimenaries between the British & American Phripaton-tiarys?
