The GDR has located the seat of its government in the Eastern Sector of Berlin. However, Greater Berlin, including all four occupied sections, retains its Four Power juridical status. The United States Government has not recognized the incorporation of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania into the Soviet Union.
