Biographical / Historical
"Micahel Arra grateduated from Lehigh University in 1953 with a BA. Then he went to Harvard Law School. His international corporate law career took him to Libya in the 1960s for 5 years, followed by a year in Geneva before returning to the US. In Libya he worked with Mobil and Occidental Oil, eventually opened a law practice in Tripoli with Abdullah Hameed Ben Halim. Halim's brother Mustafa Ben Halim was the prime minister of Libya in the late 1950s." [by Melissa Arra, October 2, 2018]
