Documents in this collection are from the City of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, concerning redevelopment and urban renewal projects in the city from 1953 to 1999.

The collection contains reports, meeting minutes, maps, site plans, architectural drawings and other publications related to urban renewal projects of Packer Avenue, Webster and Butler Streets and Northampton Heights in South Bethlehem, and Broad and Main Streets, Civic Center and Monocacy Creek in North Bethlehem. The 25 reports contained in Boxes 1 and 2 are about the urban renewal related texts and maps for South Bethlehem; 14 reports in Box 3 are about the proposed Civic Center and the Monocracy Creek area in North Bethlehem. The collection also contains maps, photographs and meeting minutes. A great majority of the reports and proposals were created by Clarke & Rapuano but other consultants are noted as appropriate.

The collection came from Tony Hanna, executive director of the Redevelopment Authority of the City of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania and the former director of Historic Bethlehem, Inc., September 23, 2016.
