Biographical / Historical

In 1968 the students organized the Committee of Undergraduates for Responsible Education (CURE), and demanded changes at Lehigh. The University Goals Committee was formed, chaired by Dr. Wayne Kraft, and met in 1968 1969. The Coed Study was a recommendation of this group, and was chaired by Dr. Carey Joynt. The Joint Commission on University Life was formed in 1968 as a forum for discussion.
