Documents include copies of genealogical records, newspaper clippings and twenty-four photographs by Nicholas Dovidio about the recent renovation of the house. Also includes the presentation text that Dovidios gave at Westfield Historical Society in summer of 2010 and two DVDs containing digital copies of all of the related files.

Biographical / Historical
Cathy and Nick Dovidio bought the West Dudley Avenue house in May, 1982. They started their research on the past owners in the 1990s. One of the owners was the daughter of Lehigh University alumnus and benefactor, Charles Taylor who was also a business partner of Andrew Carnegie.
The relationships of the past owners as follow: Robert and Lydia Pitcairn parents of Lillian Pitcairn (Taylor), who marries Charles Taylor; Charles and Lillian Taylor have daughter, Lillian Taylor (McIntosh) who marries Russell McIntosh; Russell and Lillian McIntosh have daughter Lillian McIntosh (Savage) who marries Albert Savage.

Documents and photographs of a house in Westfield, New Jersey, and copies of genealogical records of people who lived there up to 2000s. The residents included Lillian McIntosh the daughter of Charles Taylor, Lehigh Class of 1876.
