Biographical / Historical

Kingsley Grant Williams (1921-????) came to Lehigh from Woodbury High School, Woodbury, New Jersey. His uncle was George Curtis, a Lehigh registrar. While at Lehigh, Mr. Williams studied chemistry, played clarinet in the Marching Band, sang in the Glee Club and was a member of the Tone Musical Society, Interfraternity Council, Sportsman Club, the Chemical Society and Theta Xi. Upon graduation he began his career at the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory in Washington, D.C. and served with the U.S. Navy for 45 years until retirement. He married his high school sweetheart, Jeanette Earle and they had four children one of which is Donna Williams the donor of this paper.
