Subsurface or coal land should be conveyed to Commissioners of Luzerne County by quit-claim deed to terminate all liability on joint owners for future real estate taxes. Asa Packer Estate can be completely liquidated after disposal of the stock of East Sugar Load Coal Company. Lehigh University and St. Luke’s Hospital have interest in tis sale.
