1939 January 24 from Duncan J. Kerr (Lehigh Valley Railroad Company President) to Milton C. Stuart typed letter Inviting Stuart to ride on the train engine “Asa Packer” when it is dedicated into service. Kerr notes that he has “taken the liberty of quoting” your words regarding Asa Packer.
