Remarks One of many locomotives used on Steamtown’s tourist trains Formerly Rahway Valley. (Steamtown USA Foundation was founded by F. Nelson Blount, a wealthy industrialist and railroad enthusiast. Originally Steamtown trains ran excursions between Keene and Westmoreland, N.H. On Blount’s death the enterprise moved to Vermont but in 1971 Vermont’s air pollution regulations caused another move.
