Scope and Contents Scrapbook of letters, newspaper clippings, speeches, and ephemera made by or about William Sulzer (1863-1941). The items were all made after Sulzer’s removal from office as the Governor of New York in 1913. The bulk of the material is from the 1920s when he had gone into private practice.
