Light blue tinted glass with seams. One face of bottle: REGISTERED. Enclosed in oval: H.P. McFADDEN, BOTTLER, SO. BETHLEHEM M. PA. Another face in raised writing: THIS BOTTLE NOT TO BE SOLD. Cylindrical body moves into a neck and then band .7/8" lip. The number 4 is on bottom of bottle.
