Silk armband horizontally striped red, white and green. Border embroidered with gold decorative ribbon. Gold lettering: FOELNOK, PRESIDENT. Two silver buttons snaps on left side. Reverse side black elastic band across the back connecting the left and right sides. It has same design except black in color with silver lettering. Two silver button fasteners on left side.
