Silk and metal ribbon, 1914

Gold filigree pin w/ picture of 2 hands shaking on left , 2 American flags and on right are 2 red white and green flags next to hand. In center is a crest w/ a cross. Body of ribbon is horizontally striped red, white and green. In ribbon's center is another gold filigree pin. Circular w/ a blue background and man w/ left arm on hip and right arm at his side. Gold lettering: EGYESULT, PETOFI SANDOR, SZOVETKEZET, ALAKULT 1914 APR, DETROIT, MICH. Reverse same design except black with silver lettering and silver crest in center.
