Knight Family Scrapbook 1878-1894
This scrapbook is a vintage example of a nineteenth century tradition known as a common book, a personal collection of interesting newspaper articles such as poetry, local news, obituaries, photographs, and souvenirs of events.

Lehigh Collection Card Catalog (Final and most recently updated)
This collection is the original university archives that contains mostly publications of the offices, students, and alumni. The collection is shelved in the Bayer Galleria, Linderman Library, Room 342. The collection was based on a card catalog system. The Epitome, The Brown and White, Alumni Bulletin, Course Catalogs, Faculty Minutes, Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes, etc. were all originally cataloged in this system.

Lehigh University Presidents' Correspondence, 1866-1921
This collection includes letters written to the office of the President (some to the Secretary of the Faculty or the Registrar) between 1866 and 1921. These letters cover many aspects of "Life as President of Lehigh". Also included are sixty one "Letter Books" with the replies from the President in chronological order from 1878 to 1920.
Lehigh University Treasurer's Office Files
Contains files from the Treasurer's office of Lehigh University, including, Reports to the Board of Trustees (1899-1915); Army Training Contracts (1943-1945); deeds, rent receipts, etc. of Albert Brodhead properties (1938-1945); and contracts and agreements (1950s-1970s).
Lehigh Videotape Collection
Collection of video tapes (mostly VHS) acquired mostly from Communications and Public Affairs, Alumni Association, Development Office (Advancement) and many other Lehigh offices, departments and individuals. Also includes DVC tapes (Box 14)
Lester Bernstein Physical Laboratory Notebook
Lester Bernstein graduated from Lehigh University in 1904 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Bernstein, the Civil Engineering Society Treasurer and President, was awarded the Civil Engineering Society Prize in 1902-03. The collection consists of a Physical Laboratory Notebook from his second semester freshman year (Feb. 1901 – Jun. 1901). This notebook includes experiments on the study of thermal expansion, use of a barometer and the study of the principles of movement.
Philip Mason Palmer Manuscripts
Writings relating to the history of Lehigh University. Includes typescript on the founding of Lehigh, notes on the history of the College of Arts and Science, a biography of William Bacon Stevens (first president of the Board of Trustees), and material about Severin Ringer (professor of modern languages and literature at Lehigh from 1871-1904).
Preston A. Lambert Papers 1884 - 1927
These papers reflect an era of formally engraved invitations, letters of appreciation among faculty, students, university presidents and alumni and general camaraderie. Interesting historical notes are stated in some of the letters in the exchange between a faculty member and three University presidents.
