Asa and Sarah Packer Golden Wedding Anniversary Album, January 23, 1878
This is one of the few artifacts that exist at Lehigh of Asa Packer, Lehigh University’s founder. The album is a fabulous record of who was who during the Packer Family’s lifetime. The album reflects the importance and wealth that Asa and Sarah Packer had acquired during their life being with virtually only their own fortitude, hard work, and entrepreneurial endeavor.
Asa Packer Biographical Material and Memorabilia
This collection contains some memorabilia, photographs but mostly notes, correspondence, and several copies of a paper, titled “Asa Packer: A Connecticut Yankee in King Coal's Court,” written by Milton C. Stuart for the Newcomen Society in 1938.

Asa Packer Graphic Design Book Project
Asa Packer books designed and constructed by Lehigh University students as class projects called “Asa Packer Book Project” for their Graphic Design III taught by Professor Thom Lepley in the Spring of 2003-2004 and Fall of 2004-2005 academic years. Through this graphic design project, the students were to research and study artifacts and evidence of Asa Packer’s lifespan and then tell a unique story in a hand-bound artist book that would define Asa Packer and his legacy.

Linderman Family Genealogy Documents (Including Brodhead, Packer, Sayre, Frick Families)
An attempt is made to trace the Linderman Family as it is directly associated with Lehigh University. The Lindermans in the United States seemingly trace their ancestry to Jacob von Linderman who came to New York in 1710. He is believed to be a relative of the brother of Margarette Linderman Luther, the mother of the German Reformation religious leader, Martin Luther.

The collection of newspaper articles, Lehigh student memorabilia, invitations, athletics programs and correspondence is recorded in a scrapbook measuring 30 x 24.5 x 6 cm, 99 pages very poor condition measuring 30.5 x 25 x 4 cm marbled paper over board with dark brown pebbled buckram spine and corners - exterior looks good but interior pages all separated from the spine and the paper pages chipping and crumbling.
