The collection contains works by Michael Polanyi from 1952 to 1970. It includes technical papers, philosophical articles and lectures, and critiques of his work. The articles were collected by Lehigh Materials Science and Engineering Professor Gilbert Doan.
Miscellaneous Music Manuscripts and Scores
Contains some manuscripts and published scores of music (and programs) of compositions performed at Lehigh during the 1960s and early 1970s by Professor Jonathan Elkus and his instrumental groups. Many of the items were autographed by the composers to Dr. Elkus, and all were donated by him to Lehigh.

Material on other 19th century authors and on the Romantic period is also included.

Collection of documents, publications and photographs documenting the Pratt Lab at Lehigh University. Pratt Lab was a psychology experiment laboratory was funded by Pratt Foundation. Contains black and white photographs, 38 file folders of equipment description, manuals of apparatus, Prof. Jenkins reprints of artcles, and Munsell Book of Color.
