Correspondence, presentations and other documents

This collection consists of the personal papers of Ernest Nevin Dilworth (1912-1996), professor of English at Lehigh University from 1949 to 1977. The collection includes numerous manuscripts for works on seventeenth and eighteenth-century literature which Dilworth later published, as well as his doctoral dissertation on Laurence Sterne. It also contains correspondence with his publisher about the publication of his monographs and colleagues. There are other miscellaneous items like Lehigh memorabilia and two fraternity keys.
