Scope and Contents From the Collection: This collection consists of the personal papers of Ernest Nevin Dilworth (1912-1996), professor of English at Lehigh University from 1949 to 1977. The collection includes numerous manuscripts for works on seventeenth and eighteenth-century literature which Dilworth later published, as well as his doctoral dissertation on Laurence Sterne.
