Several of the Packer and Wilbur interests have indicated to Lehigh Valley Coal that they feel a division of lessors’ costs in these proceedings on a 40% - 60% basis would be equitable as Lehigh Valley Coal is a joint owner of the mine property to the extent of 12/30th or 40%.
