This folder includes a letter from the Bethlehem Steel Company, 1934, addressed to Bernhard Fortmann at a New York location. The letter is a job opportunity in response to an interview indicating that Bernhard has been accepted to join the crew.

This folder includes nine clippings from copies of The Brown and White from 1931-1933. Most of the clippings include information about Fortmann’s football career at Lehigh University from injuries to wins.

Also includes several clippings from The Brown and White spanning from 1931-1934. In addition to these, this folder also has Bernhard’s acceptance letter into Tau Beta Phi from 1933, one trial roster from 1933-1934, a speech, and two curriculum balance sheets from 1931 and 1932.

Asa Packer A Perspective by W. Ross Yates is a short book published in 1983 that was printed for the members of the Asa Pack Society. The book is a biography of Asa Packer and how he came to founding Lehigh University.
