colored on ivory pebbled paper measures 33 x 25.5 cm). The heraldic
device is a shield divided in half top to bottom; on left side is blue ground
divided by white band with five black spots (possibly implying ermine) with narrow silver, black and gold bands on either side of broad white band
above the dividing band are two ibex heads and below one ibex head in
pale tan color; right side of shield has gold ground divided into quarters by
a black and red cross...
