1884 October 16 (Land Deed involving) J. Davis Brodhead [Notary], Martin Quigney and wife, Alfred Buck and wife, Charles Brodhead, Lucinda Buck, a lot on west side of New St (formerly 27 Mott St.) intersecting from the north side of Packer Ave northerly frontage of 50 ft and then westerly 140 ft. to alley more or less to intersect property of Nathan Bartlett and wife. The property was held in trust by Martin Quigney for Mary H. Packer but now Quigney passes the trust on to Alfred Buck 1892 July 2 Henry S. Drinker (Philadelphia) to E. P. Wilbur re: Marriage agreement between Charles H. Cummings, Mary H. Packer and Asa Packer Estate trustees Elisha P. Wilbur and Charles Hartshorne as to the marriage contract between Cummings and Packer (2 pages signed by Henry S. Drinker and Byerly Hart) 1894 October 4 Henry S. Drinker to E. P.
